working out
Hey, I am planning on using the local gym for some training for the upcoming motocross season..I already have an Elliptical trainer at my home for cardio..but I was wondering what some good excersises would be for cardio training at the gym..and for loosing weight..

some of the equipment at the gym are

-bench press
-squat machine
-road bike
-stair master
-leg press machine
-peck deck
-bar for doing chin-ups
-free weights

any help on a routine I should use would be very helpful..you can also forward me to a topic who has already asked these question
I am 17, 190lbs, 5'11"

Re: working out
Someone trying to lose weight should start working with circuit training with a cardio base.
cycle, bench, elliptical, bent rows, treadmill, shoulder press, cycle, ab work, elliptical, push ups on ball, cycle, squats with push press etc,
you can add or delete as needed, move from one exercise to the next. start with 1 circuit up to 10 or 15 minutes. then add each week till you are close to 1 hour.
