This is everything I take so get ready to take out a loan!
Even though I consider protein powder more like groceries than a supplement, I obviously use protein powder. This is usually whey and or casein protein powder depending on the time of day. Another “supplement” I consider groceries would be EFA’s (Udo’s Oil), I tend to take this oil with most of my meals.
I take a multi vitamin/mineral and Novadex XT in the morning along with: CLA, ALA, vitamin C, Guggulipids, L Carnatine, 7-Keto, ephedrine based fat burner, Yohimbe, NO2 and Calcium/Magnesium through out the day.
Some of these products are to aid in fat burning, some are to aid in muscle repair and hypertrophy, and some are just for general health.
Basically, if you looked in my “pill case” you would think it was owned by a geriatric! Do I NEED to take all those products (and sometimes more)? No, I do because I can (thanks to Lori-Ann). They make life a little easier but I still have to eat a structured diet as well as workout 5 days a week (as well as having a job that keeps me on my feet 12 hours a day, 6 days a week). You can take all the supplements in the world but they are not going to do anything without a good diet and proper training approach.
