OK this was the most effective way i could think to do this. Pathetic, I know. Reply with an answer to the following questions:
1. Do you want to come? If no, stop here.
2. Can you go during the week? (thus, not weekend)
3. Do you need two weeks advance notice for work?
4. Can you/Would you be willing to drive?
5. Will you be available to go during the week of July 16th? (that includes anytime into the following weekend)
6. If no to the last question, when CAN you go? (preferably during July, and must be after the 16th
As for me, I probably cannot drive, and I do need two weeks advance notice. Also, I'm going to the Cape from the 7th-16th of July, and so I need to let my manager know by next week when I won't be available so we need to plan this sometime before then.

update
forget the during the week thing, dan is not available during the week so we need to find a weekend that we can all go. sooo if you all could post the weekends that you are NOT available, that would be good.

5. I think weekend of the 16th my parents are gonna be in vermont, and i don't really know what my situation is gonna be then
6. I don't really have any plans, i'm going away around the 7th but that date wasn't up for grabs anyways, also my cousins are visiting from chile in july and i'll have to spend time with them, but they're gonna be around all month probably, so it shouldn't be a problem
me/pat/nandhish/erica/whoever else goes thursday evening, July 20th
dom/ponti/whoever else goes friday, July 21st
pat/whoever else goes home saturday, July 22nd
everyone else goes home sunday, July 23rd
the problem with this is that it would involve being there three nights, which is even more of an inconvenience for the doyles than usual. so maybe the first group could go friday morning or something.
