That's the best deal on the market. I have one, they work great, you can run headphones and a recorder off of it at the same time. If you don't want to use the dish in a situation the Microphone is a seperate detachable unit.

Other than that, your best bet is to try and make one yourself. All the other ones I have run across cost hundreds of dollars, anywhere from $500-$750. I guess people are proud of them. There are several different ways to make them if a person has the right equipment, but the bionic ear can't be beat for the price if you are going to use it alot.
