Yes, it is a topographic pic, about 5 miles from my house.
The BF part comes from what I personally thought it resembled, a BF.
Did you scroll down the page? There are two pics.

What made me think BF was that the figure above the "snake"
has what looks to me like a large foot.
Oh well, maybe I'm just weird LOL.
