making blinkies w/o Paint Shop Pro of Photo Shop
Is it possible? I mean I made them w/ regular paint but there has got to be an easier way. and I can't afford to spend any money on any more software.


I have Jasc Animation Shop and I have Paint Shop Pro but I'm unable to install it now cause it was messing up some stuff so I need to find another way. Helllppppp please I wanna be able to make them on my own.

Thanks for any and all help. its appreciated
