Goatchix23 Registered User (3/3/03 3:57 pm) Reply help, we need a home!!!! PLEASE HELP!!! I have a herd of 23 goats, mostly nubians the rest are mixed breed that need a new home. My 5 acre farm has become a swamp and I am forced to move into town and I cannot take my goats!!!! I cant sell them, the demand for meat and goats for sacrifice is overwhelming in this area. Most of my animals I have rescued from auctions etc. and am looking for a safe, permanant and loving home for my babies. All the boys are cut amd most of the herd is under 5 yrs old. They are my pets, they are mostly bottle babies and know nothing but gentle handling. If anyone has any information of rescue organizations or individuals who moght be of some help any information os appreciated.This year has been hard on them and they need good land!!! I am in Fl, so they need a warm home. Thank-you very much.
