heart rate and riding
Hey Alan, I am a little confused about heart rate zone training. I try to do the light day (ahr 140) for a little over an hour then hard days (ahr 175) for 45 min, first 30 is 160 then last 10 min I try to keep it about 190. Is that ok? Im 6'1, 165, 20 yrs, and race pro.
I was also wondering if light and hard days are so important then what happens when I ride every day as hard as i can? Thanx-
