Re: Exit
*Carmilla's folded arms dropped slightly, her hands raising to her hips, she arched her eyebrow at Peregrins method of getting to her*

"Lets go." She said simply to the pair, her black eyes staring them both over, lingering on Peregrin who had a large bleeding hole in his shoulder.

"It never ends." She muttered going over to them and shoving both through the doors.

"We're almost out of this hell hole." She muttered to them both leading them to the rest fo the students, following the corridor to the large pipe they used to get down here in the first place.

She looked to Tomal - who was at the front of the group, nodding slowly and swallowing slightly.

"We're ready." She called to him, indicating he could start lifting students up the pipe soon.

Re: Exit
<Emma, please hurry up....Do you think I should tell any one that your coming? How are you? Is everyone ok?>

Emma heard Martin talking back to her, something she thought non-telekenetics could do. Nether the less Emma answered silently to him, still swaying slightly on the spot.

<We're going up the tunnel right now. Don't spoil it for any one...I can't wait to see you. I'm not very good.....my back aches...and I'm dizzy and weak but you can't expect me to be just peachy after what I've been through. I can't wait to see you Martin, I miss you so much.>

Emma put the girl down from off her back. Her back ached and cracked as she stretched it. She looked backwards, Peregrin and Ryleigh were both here, and safe it seemed. But Peregrin's shoulder was peirced. Emma had just now noticed this, but he didn't seem in much pain.

Suddenly she caught hold of a thought of Martin's. He was thinking about why Ryleigh was not with the others.

< Martin....> She started sternly but then she voice lightened, < Ryleigh was stuck chained in a tent by a Drow. And Peregrin couldn't help but save her...he loves her.>

Emma felt that Martin would laugh at what she was saying, but it was true. He went after her because he loved her. Emma sighed as she watched the girl she was holding run towards some other first years now that they were safe. She shook her aching head and waited for the proffessor to lead them into the tunnel.

Re: Exit
*Tomal Saichairi breathed out slowly seeing Carmilla return, the two missing students following her closely. His eyes looked away from them both, resting on Carmilla's he nodded turning to the slippery slides entrance, he stared at the a moment, pursing his lips and thinking finally deciding what to do he stood feet slightly apart, spinning his staff in hand, lifting it up and beginning to chant again.

Words which slid from the mind, words incomprehensible to the untrained, to those who did not know them. Magical energies lifted up from the ground, a swirling mist of whites and blues whcih formed a large disk, floating at the base of the slide.*

"10 at a time, no pushing and wait once you reach the top, please sit down while the disk moves and don't lean over the sides." He ordered quietly, "Alfred, if you wouldn't mind?"

*The Gargoyle left his side, running and leaping up the tunnel, wings beating powerfully and carrying him to the bathroom above, he would watch the students while they gathered up there. The first 10 stepped with eager caution onto the disk which sunk slightly with their weight, sitting down with trepidation Tomal almost sighed, these pooor kids had been through so much doen here.

Tomal flicked his staff up, the disk carefully and smoothly lfited into hte tunnel, travelling back up towards the castle, closing his eyes he controlled the disk, leaving it stationary at the top while everyone got off, herded away from the entrances by Alfred before Tomal sped the disk back down to continue mocing students.*

Re: Exit
Ryleigh didn't really looked to the headmistress as she spoke, her eyes remaining on Peregrin. . . he looked worse, she thought as they were pushed along.

Swallowing slightly she watching contentedly as Her potions Professor made a magical disk to send them up back to the school.

She shifted her head resting in Peregrin's chest, arms curling around his waist holding him tightly to her, missing his closeness, her blue eyes closing, her tired mind reveling in their reunion as they waited their turn to get back to the school.

Re: Exit
Peregrin looked at Carmilla, an oddness passing through the depths of the blzing as he nodded at her, not thinking about her comments too much and trying to ignore the looks they were both geting from many of the other kids....which was surprisingly easy...he ignored the pain stil as best he could, holding a large steel tipped crossbow bolt in his left hand lightly, he shifted it, sticking it point facing down through the cloth belt of his pants.

Ryleighs shift around him cracked something inside, he swallowed heavily, a sharp throaty blockage that wouldn't go away, his arms curled around her lightly, head tipping down he began to see evidence of the pain she must be in...pain he had no way of easing for her, he shuddered slightly.

Hands lightly holding her to him, his own eyes closing and waiting for their turn to get out of this place. Wanting nothing more than to simply relax now and hold her withot caring, the cool dampness of this underground hole, the threat still at their backs and the slowly spreading cold numbness from his shoulder all prevented that....

Re: Exit
Carmilla's turned swiftly on her heel, slipping away quietly to perform one final task that would rid her of Drow torment forever, arms still folded she walked slowly back to the chambers that held her children captive only minutes before.

Slowly her eyes began to mist as she reached the door, her hand lifting, eyes going completely white again causing the door to ripple she stepped through, scanning the area, smiling darkly at the scene in front of her.

About 100 dark elves still stood, scared, huddled together defeated and angry, in unison they all turned to the sound of her thudding boots entering the vast chamber, yellow lamp like eyes all narrowing as teeth were bared and crossbows where raised, determination running through them as they all set in their mind to kill the creature that stole their victory.

Carmilla continued to smile darkly, arms folding, eyes swirling with black and white now she parted her lips and spoke*

"This place will be your grave," She told them, her whisper bouncing off the chamber walls and into their pointed ears. Most laughed while others sneered all inching closer, clicking their darts into place, preparing to brutally murder the Half-Necromancer in font of them.

The swirl in Carmilla's eyes intensified, her face now that deathly calm as she raised one caramel finger black light licking out of the tip, coming straight up and rushing passed them.

The mass of elves broke, the crowd split down the middle, some running in terror, that last bit of confidence in them draining as the Dark Creature - that they were set on killing - worked her magic. The black beeline she created snaked through the chamber floating about the glowing Dark Circle that was constructed by the Drow Mages - another tool to torture her children and to replenish their supplies - shooting skywards and coming down with lightening speed crashing into the center of it, completely disappearing.

Slowly each purple flame in the Chamber flickered and died, shrouding them in blackness, the only thing seen where the pupils of the Elves eyes and the swirling mass of black and white that were Carmilla's

The ground shook violently and more faint, scared Elven screams escaped, the thudding of boots being heard as well as the clanging of fallen crossbows, grunts and humphs being let off, as cowardly warriors fought over each other to escape whatever it was that was happening.

One of them seemed to have caught his senses...or lost them completely as he focused his eyes in the darkness, locking them on Carmilla's figure. He growled and lunged

"Kill this Creature!" He bellowed now sprinting towards her, followed - Carmilla could tell - by 3 others, 8 pairs of yellow eyes bouncing oddly towards her.

Her eyes flashed black again before going back to their swirl, in a blink a loud crack was heard as a long steel staff banged into the ground, light snapping from its very core blinding the on-coming warriors illuminating Carmilla's death set face and their confused blinded ones only moment before black flame shot from her free hand.

The dark heated tendrils of fire wrapped themselves around the tiny necks of the Dark Elves, melting their very skin, muffled gagged screams leaving their dying bodies as Carmilla snapped her staff back to its innocently small state.

Turning swirled eyes back to the now red glowing Dark Circle, Carmilla began to chant, an inhuman language dark of course and flowing off her tongue like liquid, capable of sending a violent chill up even the darkest of Wizards with one word.

The swirling in her eyes increased as well as the intensity of the red in the circle. A cruelly clawed hand shortly followed her chant breaking through the ground right in the center of the Chamber; a loud growl being heard as a hairy arm followed its attachment, pushing against the floor with that one hand lifting its heavy body out.

Soon after the slow struggle, a 10-foot, longhaired, red-eyed Wolven constructed creature stood, breathing in and out hard, its muzzle retracting, baring large long and yellow, bone crushing teeth.

It flexed its massive hands steadying his stance on his huge wolf like pawed hind legs, turning its head staring around the darkened area, its dripping nose sniffing loudly taking in the disgusting scent of the Dark Elven Warriors who were all standing stock still in front of it, stunned, wide eyed and slack jawed, tiny joints locked and not wanting to listen to them as their minds told them to run.

Slowly the large Wolven creature stepped forward, rearing its massive head, taking in a deep breath, long curved horns that started over the tops of its ears, bent over its heavy brown mane, that slid down its back, cracked slightly as he howled, a sharp piercing Wolven scream that shook the walls and ground of the chamber, its large claws raised slightly and stretched open revealing its heavily padded palms.

It stopped its howling turning its red eyes back to the Drow that were all staring oddly at him He tilted his head slightly at them, not attacking not moving, just waiting, breathing in and out heavily, waiting.

Only then did the Elves decide to react - while its defenses seemed to be down - and once again foolishly, 2 mages left out of the 20 that arrived, stepped forward both casting their best spells on it, their hands falling to their sides limply and uselessly as their attacks bounced off its body. All those attempting to fight now trying to find a place to hide as they figured out the reason for his howl.

Behind him through that same hole more black clawed hands emerged, breaking more of the ground under them clambering out of the converted summoning circle, more Dark Wolven Creatures pulled their hairy bodies out, red eyes locking instantly on the now scattering Drow.

Carmilla's eyes had already turned back to their original color - black, empty and without feeling for these monsters that dare invade her territory. Her goal being accomplished, she stepped back slowly, one foot behind the other melting into the liquefied door, her ears hearing the first blood-curdling scream, her eyes catching the beginning of the massacre she ordered.

Reaching the other side smoothly, the door sealed itself in front of her, with the touch of her hand another liquid black wall slid from the ground melding with the current door, hardening over it becoming a smooth ebony surface that now matched the walls around as well as her eyes.

"No one shall enter or exit." She muttered softly her hands folding across her chest again while she slowly turned, her booted feet taking her for the final time back down the corridor, towards her students, back to Hogwarts where they all belonged.
