'freedom of speech' as it is ALLOWED in AmeriKike
The power of the Jewish community has done it again.
Not too long ago, Ernst Zundel was arrested on bogus
immigration charges and still remains in a maximum
security lock-up under medieval conditions in Canada.

Well, Northern California's Jewish community and the
Anti Defamation League (ADL) have found two more
victims.

At the end of March, the Santa Rosa Junior College
newspaper, The Oak Leaf, published an article by one
of its students, Kevin McGuire. At the same time,
Kevin McGuire's article was forwarded electronically
to Community News and also published in the May issue,
which hit the streets the day before yesterday.

Just four days before Community News was distributed,
all hell broke lose at the Santa Rosa Junior College.
Kristinae Toomians, also a student at the college and
the Editor in Chief of The Oak Leaf, became one of the
sacrificial lambs to please the Jews.

The entire faculty, the ADL, the Jewish Relations
Council, Hillel, and several Rabbis from the Bay Area,
descended on the campus, demanding the heads of
Toomians and McGuire. In addition, to make sure that
the whole world knew about it, Northern California's
Jewish Bulletin published a hit-piece on April 18th,
2003 (for your judgment, below you will find first the
piece by Kevin McGuire, as printed in The Oak Leaf and
Community News, and then the hit-piece by the Jewish
Bulletin).

In an interview for Community News, Ms. Toomians told
me that her world has been turned upside down. Almost
in tears, she explained that her whole family has been
receiving threats, and they are scared out of their
minds. In addition, her car was vandalized and a
Swastika painted on it with the words "Nazi
Supporter".

She was called to a meeting, which she was told was
among faculty members, herself and Kevin McGuire, to
discuss the decision to print "the hate piece". When
she arrived, the entire Jewish community was there,
including the ADL, Rabbis, and other usual haters,
organized by the ADL. Kevin McGuire was not allowed to
be at the meeting to defend himself.

All of the faculty members were besides themselves
over this "mistake" that their editor in chief had
made. The Jews successfully convinced the college
administration that in the future, an oversight panel
will check submissions to the paper.

The usual names for Kevin McGuire were uttered, such
as racist, anti-Semite, white supremacist and white
separatist. Ms. Toomians parents will move their
daughter to another part of California the next
semester and Kevin McGuire is moving to Montana.

Again, another successful hate campaign from the Jews
to silence anyone who reveals the truth, especially in
our educational facilities.

As for Ms. Toomians, she got a lesson for life.
Freedom of speech only applies to a few select. Kevin
McGuire and her are not amongst them.

In my conversation with the 19-year old girl, it
became crystal clear, again, that there are no what I
call "fail safe measures" in place for young men and
women, who have the courage to speak out. In fact, the
biggest downer for the young woman was to see how her
own friends turned on her, including colleagues and
students, teachers and faculty members.

I am pretty sure that Kevin McGuire experiences
similar things.
Remember, Santa Rosa is a relative small community.
Once you are labeled, your entire family will have to
deal with the consequences. Heck, forget small
communities. I live in Sacramento, with more than 1/2
million, and still, when I walk the streets, people
recognize me and call me names. And, you know, after
almost 15 years, it still bothers me. Now just imagine
how these young people must feel.

I also received a call from Ed Buckley, the
Vice-President of the Santa Rosa Junior College.
Totally "sissified" by the power of the Jews. My
friends, here are the e-mails of the faculty members,
and it would be good to send them e-mails, expressing
how freedom of speech should be dealt with:

fbuckley@santarosa.edu

cgroninga@santarosa.edu

kabrahamson@santarosa.edu

ncleaver@santarosa.edu

solson@santarosa.edu

And, if you can spare a few more minutes, send an
encouraging e-mail to Kevin McGuire at

Is Anti-Semitism Ever The Result Of Jewish Behavior?
by Kevin McGuire

Israel is the largest and most dangerous terrorist
organization in the world. Israel is currently and has
been historically involved in a genocidal war against
the Arab world. The Zionist Jews believe they are the
'chosen people'
of god and that the world was given to them and is
their possession. The
Zionist Jews want to establish a Jewish holy land with
no non-Jews
present.
They currently occupy Israel but are constantly trying
to expand their borders with their superior military
power over their Arab neighbors. No fewer than 2,265
Palestinians have
been murdered by the Israelis in the last three years
since September
28, 2000.
Many of these victims were children, 22.8% were less
than 18
years old and 12.8% (that's 291 killed) were less than
15 years old (www.palestinemonitor.org/).

The Israelis carry out these attacks with armored
tanks, helicopter gun ships and fully automatic
rifles. The Palestinians must defend themselves with
rocks. A typical plan of attack involves ramming an
Israeli tank through the home of a Palestinian family
and shooting anyone who happens to survive, including
children. Then, once the cleansing process has been
completed, the town is re-occupied with so called
"Jewish settlers". This attitude of racial hatred and
genocide is also reflected in the Torah: "Destroy all
of the land; beat down their pillars and break their
statues and waste all of their high places, cleansing
the land and dwelling in it, for I have given it to
you for a possession" Numbers 33:52,53.

Israel is in violation of far more international
laws than Iraq. Although bound by the same laws as
Iraq, Israel is 'allowed' not only to possess chemical
and genocidal race-specific Anti-Arab biological
weapons, but they also have over 300 known nuclear
bombs. These weapons, being held in the hands of
proven Israeli terrorists, pose a much greater threat
to world peace than all of the other terrorist
organizations combined. This threat is partially to be
blamed on us as American citizens, for doing nothing
to prevent it.

The Jewish war of genocide is being funded by us,
the American tax payer. Since 1973, Israel has
officially received $2,500,000,000 in US Foreign aid.
Divide that by the current US population and it's over
$5,700 paid per US citizen. On average Israel receives
$6.3 billion per year, or $17 million per day.
US aid to Israel makes up a full quarter of the
Israeli annual budget. In addition to money, we also
supply them with military gifts, such as F16 fighter
jets, Apache helicopters, gun ships, tanks, machine
guns, missiles and bullets. Without the heavy US aid
to Israel that they are currently receiving Israel
would no longer be able to continue its program of
genocide.

Each of us contributes directly to the Israeli
holocaust
waged against the people of Palestine and we each
personally
purchase the intense Arab hatred for America which
caused
the 9/11 attacks.

American funding of Jewish genocide is not only felt
by Arabs in the Middle East. On September 11, 2001 our
nation was targeted by Arab terrorists not because
they 'hate our freedoms', but because we are supplying
the bullets that kill their children. Not only are we
forced to pay a serious amount of money to fund the
Jewish holy war which benefits America in no way, but
American lives are also being sacrificed in service to
Israel. Our national 'leaders' say nothing, do
nothing, and deny the facts.

Israel is the most powerful and dangerous
terrorist organization in the world and they have
hi-jacked America. Our spineless national 'leaders'
refuse to even discuss the Israel issue because the
Israeli-American lobby in Washington DC, funded by
Zionist Jews, is the most powerful lobby in existence,
wielding even more power than the NRA.

It is now politically incorrect to question our
Israeli policy,
because any resistance to demands by Jews is
anti-Semitism and that is "hate," the label
politicians fear most. Our corrupt weakling
politicians know that any mention of the Israel
problem will be career suicide. They place their own
selfish, greedy career and power interests over those
of our national interests and the interests of the
American people.

In closing, here is a 1998 quote from Osama Bin Laden:

"So we tell the Americans as people,
and we tell the mothers of soldiers and American
mothers in general that if they value their lives and
the lives of their children, to find a nationalist
government that will look after their interests and
not the interests of the Jews."

The continuation of tyranny will bring the fight to
America, as Ramzi Yousef and others did. This is my
message to the American people: to look for a serious
government that looks out for their interests and does
not attack others, their lands, or their honor.

And my word to American journalists is not to ask
why we did that, but ask what their government has
done that forced us to defend ourselves. It is our
duty to lead people to the light."

Free speech clashes with anti-Semitism in Santa Rosa
JOE ESKENAZI

Bulletin Staff

An opinion piece penned by an avowed white separatist
declaring Israel "the largest and most dangerous
terrorist organization in the world" and accusing Jews
of hijacking the nation's government, has infuriated
Jews and non-Jews alike.

The op-ed entitled "Is anti-Semitism ever the result
of Jewish behavior?" ignited a firestorm at the
twice-monthly Santa Rosa Junior College Oak Leaf,
which published the piece March 18.

The commentary exhibited "a vicious tone of
anti-Semitism," according to Ben Benson, an
anthropology professor at SRJC who also is Jewish.

"I was stunned," he said. "I was both surprised this
ever got into the paper in the first place and very
angry that this 1920s kind of thinking was so sloppily
constructed, in a very poor journalistic effort, and
placed in the paper."

He added: "It was just ugly. I want to create an
environment here where this doesn't happen again."

In his commentary, SRJC student Kevin McGuire wrote
what campus Jews later described as an anti-Israel
diatribe replete with numerous counts of "classical"
anti-Semitism. Some excerpts:

*"Although bound by the same laws as Iraq, Israel is
allowed...to possess chemical and genocidal
race-specific anti-Arab biological weapons...

*"The Jewish war of genocide is being funded by us the
American taxpayer...Each of us contributes directly to
the Israeli holocaust waged against the people of
Palestine, and we each personally purchase the hatred
for America which caused the 9/11 attacks...

*"Not only are we forced to pay a serious amount of
money to fund the Jewish holy war which benefits
America in no way, but American lives are also being
sacrificed in service to Israel."

McGuire additionally quoted Osama bin Laden urging
Americans to seek a "government that will look after
their interests and not the interests of the Jews." He
also claimed the source of genocidal Jewish behavior
originates in the Torah, and cited an unabashedly
white supremacist and anti-Semitic Web site --
www.nationalvanguard.com --as a "source."

Kristinae Toomians, the Oak Leaf's editor-in-chief,
admitted that, following the publication of his piece,
21-year-old McGuire revealed to her that he is a
"white separatist" who believes in strict separation
of the races, if not the inherent superiority of white
Christians.

The Bulletin was unable to contact McGuire.

SRJC administrators, meanwhile, are expressing anger
and dismay that McGuire's piece found its way into the
paper at all. Toomians told the Bulletin that only she
and faculty adviser Richard Mellott read the piece
before its publication. Neither of them bothered to
check McGuire's several citations, which included the
racist National Vanguard, as well as extremely
partisan sites such as www.palestinemonitor.org and
www.sustaincampaign.org

"I didn't want to censor the paper," explained
Toomians, 19, of her decision to run the piece. "I
don't agree with anything he wrote; I realize he's
kind of a hateful person. I don't know, I thought it'd
be OK to run as an opinion."

Toomians admitted she didn't know if, as
editor-in-chief, she was allowed to reject an op-ed
submission, which she has never done. She said
McGuire's piece made her uneasy, but she claimed her
adviser convinced her to run it.

"I guess I really don't know my rights as editor," she
said.

Toomians has since received death threats, and her car
was plastered with leaflets reading "Nazi supporter."

Bob Agrella, the college's president, had harsh words
for Mellott.

"While the faculty adviser can't really dictate to the
Oak Leaf staff what the content of the newspaper is
going to be, he has a responsibility to point out to
them, and advise them -- which is why he's called an
adviser and paid to be an adviser -- when an article
is either defamatory or hateful," he said.

Mellott could not be reached for comment.

As unpleasant as the article was, anthropology
Professor Dianne Smith said it has drawn the campus
closer together. The Oak Leaf printed nearly two full
pages of angry letters in its most recent edition, all
but one penned by faculty members.

"The community here at Santa Rosa did the atypical
thing. They perceived this anti-Semitic act to be a
general act of hate everyone could respond to.
Hispanic, black, gay and lesbian instructors took the
article and said, 'What if you put my name there?'"
said Smith, the president of Santa Rosa's Congregation
Shomrei Torah and Benson's wife.

Members of the faculty and the local Jewish community,
along with representatives of the Anti-Defamation
League, the Jewish Community Relations Council and
Hillel met with Mellott and Oak Leaf staffers on April
9.

Rabbi Doug Kahn, the JCRC's executive director, said
the absence of an oversight mechanism to prevent
similar pieces from finding their way into the paper,
coupled with the lack of contrition from Mellott or
the staffers troubled him.

"I asked the editor-in-chief if she would run an
article that attacked blacks or gays or lesbians and
she said that would depend on the article," he said.

Toomians told the Bulletin she regretted running
McGuire's piece so prominently.

"I wouldn't have given him such a big spot on the
page," she said. "Let him write a letter to the editor
instead."
