OBSERVED: My daughter lives in the small rural town of XXXX, Okla. She was
driving over to our house to have breakfast with me, me being her dad, at 08:30
A.M. in the morning. The roads are small two lane winding roads with strip pit's on
both sides of the road's in certain areas. Now for people that don't know what strip
pit's are, they are the holes in the ground left after the coal
companies have dug all of the coal out of it.
Anyhow after arriving at our house, she was very excited, and almost breathless.
She immediately told me that she saw a Bigfoot along the strip pits. She explained
that at first she thought it was a man standing by the strip pits looking at her as she
drove by, but upon stopping the car because the man looked awful funny, with a fur
coat on from head to foot, and the weather being warm, she thought that was
strange. Upon stopping the car the creature walked away from her and heading
toward the hill's that was behind him.
She never believed in Bigfoot before that encounter, even though I had told her
several stories of sightings I had. That sighting made a believer out of her now.
The weather was very warm, and that's what made her curious, she thought it was
a man wearing a fur suit, but being very warm, she stopped to make sure that it was
a man. but upon stopping the car the creature turned and walked away, and she
could then tell, that it was not a man at all.
Activities of Witness: She was driving a car, coming over to my house to have
breakfast with
me.
Description of Creature: 6 and a half to 7 ft tall. Covered in reddish brown hair
from head to foot. Arms and legs like a man. She could not see the face that well,
as she was driving and was looking for deer that might jump out in front of her. She
said it looked like a man, wearing a fury suit from head to foot.
Other Notes: She didn't hear anything, just was driving to my house when she
noticed the creature standing by the road (approx. 50 yards )staring at her. She said
it was stand beside the water, like maybe it had just finished drinking some water
and was standing upright on two legs like a man.
Additional Notes and or Follow up Comments: The GCBRO in the past has done
on site investigations with full cooperation from the witness, and found evidence of
Bigfoot activity in the area. Any further developments with this area will be posted
to the web site.
that sounds like the redhead kinda but the redhead has just redhair on top and the rest is dark brown,i guess your right keith there are more out there

there is a family group with 5 that cycles thru that area. And 2 young adolecent males that occupy the fringe territory. Be careful, the poster of that report, while in an rea of activity, likes his 15 minutes of fame.

i fully understand that theres a few persons around here that eveytime they see me or my old ford bronco the gotta tell me some tall tale, we have been in the area since 99 really 98 when we were all getting drunk and partyin whan them things decied to check us all out,we have had trailcams up for 2years but no luck wiht them so far

I don't know how much area these things require. It could very well be that the same group of animals is being seen in each location. Like I said the family group cycles thru the area at other times it is just the juveniles. When the alpha male is around the juveniles are very quiet and keep their distance.

North or East? These we think range north and south all the way up river and down to possibly below the dam. However we have had reports of as many as 2 family groups down river. And 1 report south of I-44.

I have a friend that lives about 3 miles east of there on the north side of hwy 28. He was telling me about all the strange sounds that come out of the area south of him (across the hwy approx 2 miles). Cats he says. He thinks they make the darndest sounds he ever heard.
