Mission 5: Colony in Danger

A new Gundam appreared on the scene, having arrived a few minutes before. It was the newest member of the Black Fang, Reno Victor. He had witnessed the battle between John and Wind, and had decided that his comrade would not die. He flied the Aqualung into the colony, and grabbed onto the Epyon.

"Wind, you will not die here. The revolution must succeed."

He began to pull the Epyon out of the colony.

Basicaly meaning he wouldn't hurt Noin.) A huge explosion shredded thru a nearby colony wall, hitting the ravaged Epyon, and Aqualung into a side wall. Smoke streamed out of the whole, covering the dropped Epyon, and barely standing Aqualung, sparks flying from the Epyon. Reno: Wind, are you okay? Wind: .... Go, my mission is over. L3 will be destroyed. Reno: But I can't, the rebellion must succeed! ( Also guys, the Epyons entire left arm is off at the shoulder.) Rising the Epyon's damaged torso up onto its weakened legs, gears squeling, Wind activated the Epyons beam sword, holding the tip at the Aqualungs throat. Wind: Go, now!!! Reno: Fine, i'll go. But why do you wanna die? Flipping the comm. off, Wind turned away from the retreating Aqualung, explosions shaking the colony, as Wind sat silently, sparks burning him from the Epyons ruptured controls. In Winds slowly failing vision, he saw a Green Aires flash past down a ruptured corridor, and suddenly in a EPYON induced vision he saw the same Aires. In the vision the Aires followed the same path, but when the Aires passed a large green bay door, a engulfing fireball erupted out of the door. Engulfing the whole mobile suit in flame, Wind could clearly see the beautiful looking young lady pilot, sitting in the cockpits face open in a silent scream as she was burned alive. Wind: NOOOO!!!! Using the Epyons remaining energy, Wind strained to accelerate the Epyon foward, to reach the Aires. Just as the Aires reached the green bay door, Wind rocked into the mobile suit, sending Noin out of the path of danger, as the Epyon was engulfed in flame. Noin: What the...nooo!!! Hovering in front of the flames, Noin watched on as a red gundam erupted out of the flames right wing vernier on fire. The Epyon was sent sailing out of control, when the right wing vernier exploded. ( Now i'll wait for Noin to post. Remember Wind is a lot like Zechs. Also pilots might want to help civilians escape.)

The supernova rumbled and the Gundams, even at a distance, to go haywire. A flash of white blinded the dark vacuum of space as the reactor unleashed its full unstable energy. The Epyon was thrown far from the blast. The Double Zero, on the other hand, had caught the blast. The enormous mobile suit tumbled forward. The G-forces were intense and John slipped between conciousness and unconciousness. His conscience kept telling to go to bird mode, John worried that by transforming that he might get stuck from failed hydraulics, exposing the delicate circuitry. But John had no choice, if he continued to get bumped around, the gundanium would start to peel off. John hit the button and the Double Zero transformed to bird mode in an instant with no problems. As John rocketed out of the blast at the maximum he could go, he arrived where the rebels waited. He tried to stop, but he couldn't. John: Oh crap, retro rockets and course correction boosters out! Reno had not had time to get too far away before it exploded. As he piloted the damaged suit back to Earth, he saw the suit that Wind had been battling falling towards Earth. Grinning, he saw his chance to defeat one of the leaders of the Gundam Team. Taking aim with his mega beam cannon, he started to pull the trigger, when the power suddenly failed. In an instant, the emergency batteries kicked in, but Reno knew that it didn't matter any more. The batteries didn't contain enough energy to fire the mega beam cannon, and the enemy gundam had already slipped out of range of the damaged Aqualung. Sand Rock 2K Moderator (10/12/00 12:50 pm)	Re: Mission 5: Colony in Danger Duo arrived on earth and Sent a ambulance and tech team to the place where John would crash down, but they stayed within a three mile radius of where it would hit so as not to get destroyed them selves. Mean while at OZ. The OZ pilots evacuated to earth waiting for there new mystery project they'd show the world later that would make the gundam team and the Black Fang quake. BF: Mike found reno and together they headed back to Libra II. Duo had gotten his Heavy Arms repaired and headed to Johns crash site, awaiting his arrival.

Peter: Can you repair my mobile suit, I need two new arms, the left on with a heat rod. Tech: We don't have the technology for the heat rod, it is better off you get a new mobile suit and it will take weeks to repair. Peter: Ok! I will get a new mobile suit! I will give you everything for it later. Tech: Ok!
gravityforce ezOP (10/12/00 6:15 pm)	Re: Mission 5: Colony in Danger As Duo arrived on scene, he found the crash site was actually underwater. Duo: (thinking) There is no way he could have survived. A couple of miles away, a body washes on the shore of the island. [Don't worry, he'll be back.]
