Mission 7: Barge and Libra

John heard Mike. He turned his fury around and listened to Mike.

John: I'm mistaken... You're right, Mike. We should be allies, afterall we do have a common enemy, OZ. Why shouldn't we be fighting on the same side?

John turned around and faced Barge. Its beam cannon still cackled after being fired. It was damaged temporarily...

Nataku1988 Registered User (11/2/00 2:43 pm)	Re: I'm Back Peter: Wait!!!! Damn, I was too late, oh well... the repairs to my gundam is done too. Peter runs to the gundam darkfighter and goes in the cockpit. The darkfighter's booster's flare up as the gundam rushes into the sky headed for space!

It was their choice to join the Black Fang and they will realize their mistake in HELL! Wind pulled the trigger and a yellow beam flashed out of the buster rifle towards the Double Zero, Heavyarms Kai, and Libra. John: Alright then... Goodbye Raziel... John pulled the trigger and four times the size of 01's beam shot out of the 00's buster rifle, engulfing the 01's beam and continuing to head towards the 01... Verniers flaring brightly, the 01 blasted up over the large blast( A quadruple buster rifle, thats kinda two powerful) or so it seemed as the blast ripped underneath the gundam. When the blast died down, the 01's right foot had seemingly dissapeared, leaving only a stump in its place, gwoing yellow with heat. As another blast erupted from the quadruple buster rifle, Wind brought the 01's crash shield up in defence, causing the blast to disperce, and stream around the 01, causing space to disort. When the last blast disperced, the 01 was slammed into Barges side, crash shield cracked and smoking, the Wings entire right arms systems malfunctioning, and Wind was breathing heavily from the strain. Struggling to its feet, the 01's left arm came up, metalic hand gripping the torn piece of barges hull, and pulling the battered 01 out of the hole, into space. John: (muttering in disbelief) What, he survived two blasts? Coghing, Wind powered the Wings two main verniers to full, spurring the 01 towards the stunned 00, gundanium screeching, as the 01 impacted into the 00, knocking both suits back towards Libra 2. Libra 2's Main Control Room BF Head Director: Main cannons charged? Good fire it know. Main Cannon Engineer: But sir, the 01 is in range, thats the suit WInds using. BF Head Director: I don't care, fire now! Main Cannon Engineer: Starting Countdown. Will fire in 10,9,8... Outside Libra When the 01 had collided with the 00, the two suits became tangled with each other, and damaged both gundams verniers. Unable to move, both pilots knew it was futile, when WInd picked up a signal on the 01's comm. Wind: What the, that the fire signal. Thier going to fire the main cannon. John: What? But don't they know were here? Slamming the Wings verniers control foward, to break free of the 00, the heat guage flashed past the dange mark, causing the 01's left wing vernier to explode, sending the 00, and 01 spiraling towards the Libra, smoke streaming from the suits. ( The two suits can't break free from each other.)

Instead, John stabbed his own verniers with his beam sabre, the fuel ignited and exploded on the verniers, causing a stream of gas to vent, slowly pushing the two suits away from Libra.
Sand Rock 2K Moderator (11/4/00 3:27 pm)	Re: I'm Back Duo saw that Libra II was charging up it's cannon. He dropped the weight of his Twin Gattling Guns and rocketed to the wing suits. Libra II fired the cannon just as Duo knocked the suits out of the way and the beam caught Duo and rocketed him towards Earth. While peices of Gundanium Armor begin peeling off. John: Duo!!!!!!!!! No!!!!!!!! Duo: John don't worry about me my life is nothing compared to yours. You're our leader i'm just a soldier. Raziel please rejoin our forces OZ and the Black Fang are doomed to disaster. Please you and John survive this as friends. Just then the HA Kai started exploding. Duo: GoodBye John. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! John: No!!!!!!!!! Duo!!!!!! In the cock pit of the 01 raziel looked to see tears in the cock pit. " what how can this be. his life doesn't mean anything to me?" John: You!!!!! Razeil it's your fault Duo's dead. Die!!!!!!! The 00's beam sword plunged into the the 01's chest and caused an explosion separating the two suits where they kept up their fight. Mike looked on at what had just happened to the rebel pilot he all of a sudden relized the rebel pilots death was in vain for Barge was about ready to fire at the fighting suits.

The Darkfighter gundam's booster's suddenly flared up as it headed for Libra II and the wing suits. Peter: I will fight my best battle, and die during it! But that day is not now! We, the gundam pilots, are right, WE ARE!!!!! The Darkfighter gundam reached the battle feild where the two mobile suits were fighting. Peter: I am sorry for what I am about to do! Raziel, say good bye!

John: That's what will happen to you if you interfere. John faced Raziel again. John: Raziel... YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR DUO'S DEATH! Just as John charged at him with his heat rod, the ZERO system took over and reminded him of Duo's death. John stopped in front of the 01. John: Duo's death will not wasted... I'm an incapable leader. DO YOU HEAR MY BLACK FANG?!?! Are you satisfied now? John started laughing maniacally. His verniers roared to life towards Libra, with a huge swing with his beam sword, he sliced the beam cannon in half. The frontal section of the Libra's reactor exploded, causing the engines of it to counteract and crash into the Barge, throwing its aim of its beam cannon. The beam cannon fired from Barge and instead of hitting the mobile suits on the battlefield, it hit the lunar base again. John: YOU WILL PAY!!!

John, in his grief- induced insanity, almost didn't move out of the way of the beam. He fired the buster rifle at the suit, expecting to make short work of it, but the pilot was good, and dodged the beam. As the leo ignited its beam saber and flew towards the 00, John wondered who this pilot was. In the cockpit of the leo, a man with long black hair was piloting the suit. He was acting on instinct, though, not on learned skill. He parried each of the 00's strokes, matching every move, and thrusting at the suit. He had been told, after waking up in the infirmary of Barge, that every pilot was needed to help attack. So he had jumped into a leo, still injured and not sure who he was, to fight. And he now found himself here, fighting this unknown adversary. And somehow, giving him a good fight. This, is the place Sit down, you're safe, now You've been stuck, in a lift We've been trying, to reach...you...Thom

Mike: Wind the Leopard has the power to destroy the 01 so if you go after that rebel pilot i'll destroy you. We should'nt be fighting the rebels did you see what that one did for you he sacrificed his life to us to save you and that rebel. We shouldn't be fighting each other. The Black Fang should pay for that rebels life with the loss of Libra II. Wind you were once one of them how could you not let the Black Fang get away with that. Did you even know that guy who died. As John began to get a lock on the damaged Libra 2, a metalic hand clanked onto the 00's gundanium shoulder, as Wind pulled the 00 back, accelerating the damaged 01 foward. Wind: Let me. Mike: Yeah Wind! Wind: Raziel. Mike: Huh? Wind: The names Raziel. Drawing the 01's buster rifle, Raziel raised the rifle up to target onto the Libra 2, powering it up to full. Raziel: I'll take the Libra 2 out, I know how to spare innocent lives. I'm after the head Directors of the Black Fang. John: Fine. Keying in a comm. channel, Raziel imputed a code that caused the Libra 2's fire alarms to go off. Masses of civilian Black Fang workers rushed to the escape bays, only to find that the escape doors sealed behind them, locking them out of the main part of the battleship. Nodding, aparently satisfied, Raziel locked onto the main section of libra, that housed the VIP's of the Black Fang. Raziel: You'll PAY FOR YOUR SINS !!! Head Director: What, that Wind. He's going to fire on us. 2nd Head Dierctor: What, that impossible. With a primal scream, Raziel let the charged up energy of the 01's buster rifle escape, the intense yellow beam slamming into the Libras undamaged side, drilling into the area housing the Black Fangs VIP's. With pinpoint accuracy the blast cut thru the Libra, amazingly, and due to Raziel skills, missing its main reactor, but piercing thru the battleships main cannon, demolishing it. None of the civilians had been killed, nor the pilots locked in the main bays.

Tech: Sir we'll have to wait ten minutes before we can fire again. Mike went to a nearby colony and grabbed some shuttles to take the civilians to the colony. The barge cannon blasted. The rebels got out of the way but it destroyed three of the Libra II's flanks that were evacuated. The explosion caused the fourth flank to start falling towards earth. ( Guys no one go after the peice but Raziel and John. )

Raziel: Emergency Escape Pod, designed for atmospheric reentry. John: Good, we'll have to wait for them to get out and then we'll blast that block into smithereens. Mike: The block has started to enter the atmosphere... John: And they're still not out yet. Raziel: This is bad... very bad...

Raziel: Mike head towards the wreckage of the lunar base, I stowed the Epyon there, it should be in pretty good shape. Mike: Copy that sir. Raziel: And one more thing. Mike: Yeah? Raziel: Don't call me sir.
Sand Rock 2K Moderator (11/7/00 2:15 pm)	Re: I'm Back Mike gets a scan showing forms around the lunar base he see's one of his mobile dolls is still alive but only left with two boosters. he gives it orders to find the epyon at the lunar base coordinates and take it to the coordinates where raziel was and then activated his boosters and shot towards the section. John: What is he doing? Raziel: I don't know The leopard made it to the section of Libra II and disapeared inside. Minutes later. The hangar door opened and the shuttle was shoved out and started heading towards the earth, but leopard didn't escape. Suddenly a ms pulled up with the Epyon. Thanks Mike. Raziel thought he hopped into epyon and picked up his buster rifle then he and John blasted off towards the section of libra. Then Raziel comm.ed mike. Raziel: Mike whats wrong. Mike: I'm stuck some stuff fell on me and leopard can't get up don't worry about me i'd be proud to die this way. Destroy Libra all of it. now. Raziel: Were coming for you.
