Re: What do I need to change
I think I will designate Aluschka as my diet guru fill in. I am SUPER busy right now with the suprise LA spoke about on her blog a little while ago so I dont have too much time to post if any right now.

Aluschka, you are now on the same page as me with the way I look at nutrition so feel free to give the advice that you know I would give.

THanks

Re: Diet Critique--Let Darrin look at your current food choi
Please Critique when you have time- offseason right now, still doing 40m cardio 6d per week plus heavy weights

M1: 4 egg whites, 1 shredded wheat
M2, M3, M4: 100g extra lean ground beef, broccoli
M5: protein shake

Thanks :)

Re: Diet Critique--Let Darrin look at your current food choi
hmmm not a lot of info in the way of quantities as well as your weight or body comp, but right off the bat the flags I see are:

Meal one, only 12g of protein with your other meals during the day are probably in the 30ish range. Your first meal should be bigger than the others with all macronutrients. There is also no fat in this meal.

The rest of your meals are on from a protein standpoint but very low in carbs (for offseason) and the only fat you are getting is from the meat. Therefor all the fat in you diet is highly saturated with no EFA's.

As well I dont see anything that looks like a pre or post workout meal. They are all about the same except for breakfast.

If you worked out your total calories for the day they would be very low and this in conjunction with the huge amount of cardio you do will make it very hard to maintain muscle let a lone build it. You may have good genetic and be able to get away with this type of diet but even so if you were to change it to be more inline with my guidelines on my website you would notice a big difference in how you look and feel.
