this is a great topic. we should copy and broadcast this all over the world and maybe it would wake up some of those parents who are too selfish to teach their children good habits.
Re: buff moms
I agree with fitforlife..and I am sooo impressed by the posts written by the moms. Keep up the awesome work ladies--your children will thank you in the future
Re: buff moms
LA,
Has said it
Its the mum's that teach the children
Thats why i made the changes, i was always tierd and couldn't be bothered with my daughter who is nearly four and i was neglecting her needs for activity and fun
But i have now found ways to include her (and hubby) into my new lifestyle she loves the park so i have made some ways to make the local park into an outdoor gym for myself and i get to relive my childhood
And then when we are at home she does yoga with me (you know its bad when she does the poses better than me LOL)
We love walking together to our local coffee shop thats about 6kms away hubby and i enjoy a coffee while jazzy enjoys a babychino hehe its so cute LOL
And i am teaching jasmine about vegies and your know its going well when she chooses vegies over chocie
Em

I made battered fish last night and I peeled the batter off mine and just ate the fish. Ilook over at Kellie-Anne, and she is peeling some of the batter off her fish too!!!
