thanks for all the feedback guys!!! I think I'm going to have to get my bf measured! lol because like I said, I've been going nuts because I see my body changing and the scale staying at a stand still!! I think my old way of thinking creeps up on me every once and a while (I used to think before I got into all of this, that the scale was the basic determinant of fat-loss)...I'm at the Y right now (not really by choice, but its the only decent gym near me without having to drive 20 plus minutes) and I think they only have one of those scales to measure bf........and Darrin the girl your training dropping only 143.8lbs to 142.6lbs but her body fat dropping from 20.5% to 14.8% is super encouraging, and thats amazing! I honestly can't get over how much the body can be manipulated sometimes,,,,, simply by tweaking ones diet and training.....
anyhow I'd write more but I got to get to work.... I trained my arms yesterday and had an awesome workout, it was super intense, the gym was empty....it was great!!!

Hi Babes, just hang in there Scales mean nothing especially if you are already in pretty good shape. Last time I droped 700 grams in 4 weeks but 3% fat down.Keep going....

Sorry about my lack thereof posts.... But the good news is I'm still alive lol, no worries lol. This past month has been super hectic for me, with little exageration, my life has been work,work,training,work and sleep haha BUTTT things have been going well!!!
I started with that trainer, he designed a new workout program and diet plan. I'm on week two of dieting, and I've been super good, no cheats, and really no cravings I am leaning out by the day it seems, I can't believe it! I've lost 10lbs so far! Which has just motivated me to keep pushing myself harder. I've got over the initial 'hump' of dieting, and things are going extremely well.
I'm thinking of doing the FAME show in hamilton in October, and possibly the OPA figure show in Ottawa in November....
And Christine, make sure you let me know when you are in town!!!! Maybe we could get a workout or two in together!!
