We didn't really gamble too much since we were with our son.
The few times we were able to get a few bucks in the machines we did pretty good. Our winnings paid for all our activities while we were in vegas.

Goodmornings are like deadlifts with the bar across your back, you bend at the hips, butt out, back straight to parrell back up again.
I'm starting to rotate my food, low, medium, high days.
I do 4 days of weights, 4 days of cardio. (cardio is a mix of HIIT, steady state and a medium day )

You have quite the schedule.
Last year I did body for life and I was working out 6 days a week, 3 weights and 3 hiits plus 2 nighs tae kwan do.
On top of that my son had tae kwan do 2 nights a week, basketball 2 other nights and drums sat morning.
I felt like a yoyo most of those 3 months. Probably why I didn't stick to it!
I honestly cant imagine doing cardio twice a day plus weights!!! WOW - how long are those cardio sessions?
