Oh...an BTW, sinceyou mentioned chocolate - I could pass milk chocolate on any given day, but give me some DARK chocolate and I am in heaven! :D

Sounds like you are getting a great price too!!! ;-)

We didn't really gamble too much since we were with our son.
The few times we were able to get a few bucks in the machines we did pretty good. Our winnings paid for all our activities while we were in vegas.

Where do you live?? Did I miss that in a post?!?!?

Hubby and I like to shop and eat and see shows, we don't gamble much really. I know sounds odd doesn't it?

I live in Calgary Alberta.

And yes the best chocolate is dark chocolate. If I'm going to splurge, may as well be on the really good stuff.

Whoo hoo. down 2lbs!!!!! Let's hope I can stay on track this weekend and keep it gone.

Catching up
so things are going well. Busy weekend, lots of family time and lots of working out.

Did goodmornings for the first time today. Can't say I like them, but I tried, gotta use the muscles in different ways.


Food is doing good.

totals yesterday
calories - 1322
protein - 132
carbs - 136
fat 29

That was my low day, today is medium, then high, then I start over.

Sounds like you are right on track. Do you rotate your days?
I do workout day and non workout day. Workout meaning weight training.

Goodmornings are like deadlifts with the bar across your back, you bend at the hips, butt out, back straight to parrell back up again.

I'm starting to rotate my food, low, medium, high days.
I do 4 days of weights, 4 days of cardio. (cardio is a mix of HIIT, steady state and a medium day )

Yup , they target the hams, glutes and back.

schedule is roughly this:

monday - weights @ home
tuesday - karate
Wednesday - weights @ gym am - pm cardio
Thursday - karate
Friday - weights @ gym am - pm cardio/off
Saturday - weights @ home - cardio
Sunday - ss cardio

With being so busy most weeks if I miss a workout here and there I'm ok with that.

You have quite the schedule.
Last year I did body for life and I was working out 6 days a week, 3 weights and 3 hiits plus 2 nighs tae kwan do.

On top of that my son had tae kwan do 2 nights a week, basketball 2 other nights and drums sat morning.

I felt like a yoyo most of those 3 months. Probably why I didn't stick to it! :rolleyes

I honestly cant imagine doing cardio twice a day plus weights!!! WOW - how long are those cardio sessions?

I am looking forward to hearing your stats this week!

Oh no, cardio only once a day. I would die if I did any more cardio.
I'm in need of losing bf. I'm a little jiggly in the butt and thighs. Want a round hard butt.

height 5'6'
weight - 151 (goal 135 - 140)
rib cage (just below breasts) 28.75
waist - 28
abs at belly button - 33.5
hips - 41
mid thight - 21.5
bicep relaxed - 11.5
flexed - 12

Weekend was good very busy but food and workouts were all ON.

Today is a well deserved Rest day.
