Thanx LA -- I was SO PROUD of myself for not pigging out yesterday and for doing my workout. It was tough, but I knew how mad I'd be at myself for giving in to the stress and eating.

A better day today -- I stood up for myself at work and made myself heard -- didn't go like I would have liked it, however, now I know where I stand and everything happens for a reason.

Time to do Chest/Shoulders/Back.

Bench PRess 3 x 40 pds x 15reps
Side Lateral Raises 3 x 10 x 15
(changed my posture on these and can really feel 'em now!)
Lat. Pulldown 3 x 60 x 15
Incline Press 3 x 40 x 15
Front Lat. Raise 3 x 10 x 15
Seated Row 3 x 60 x 15

I beleive I can add some weight on a few of these on Thursday!

Hey, I had a hard time falling asleep last night and I figured it out this morning. All that sugar in my pwo shake! Oh well, guess I'll have a hard time falling asleep again tonight! The way my schedule is when I'm on days leaves the only time I can workout now -- 9:00ish -- I work out and go to bed to get up at 4:30 a.m.!! Anyway, want the killer bod, so I'll go without sleep!! No workout tomorrow, so I'll sleep then!!

Woot!!! Feeling a bit of a vein in my uppr arm and can see a bit of it under the skin!!!!!!!

Thanx Em!!

MUCH better day today at work and I felt my back workout all day -- felt good though. I was HUNGRY all day and I did not bring enuff food -- guess I have to eat more the days after my workouts -- I was craving carbs all day. So, I had 2 small chocolate chip muffins when I came home and then a piece of bread with p.b. and jam and some potatos with supper (very small amount) -- could have been worse. I'm not craving chips, pop or cheese any more -- that's good!! Night off from training and I'm looking forward to legs, abs and arms tomorrow. I'm going to buy 15 pd. dumbells when I'm in Mississauga in two weeks. Anyway-- Amazing Race is over and the Hippies won (yahoo!) and now to watch CSI -- the building just blew up and Gary's inside!:(

But i am in aus so its still got awhile to go, last eppi i watched the hippies came in last and had to give up money and possesions!! that would be hard:eek
I did back yesterday too and i am feeling it today which i must say is great too:D
I think your doing a great job hun:D
Keep up the hard work hun its really worth it:D

Hey Ang,

Try eating a lower GI foods and you won't become as hungry throughout the day--they help stabalize your insulin and keep you feeling energized and satisfied. Don't worry about the cheat...just get back on track and don't look back!!:) :)

Can't wait to meet you in Mississauga...I'll be at the Allmax booth for the day show and maybe the night show now..:) :)

OMG -- my stomach is SO SORE!!! Have not been a good girl this weekend! Ouch! Back to the drawing board!

Was supposed to work out Thurs. and Fri. -- the basement started to flood (only a bit) after the rains on Thurs. so I spent the night bailing water into the washing machine! Was so tired Fri. night I just went to bed. Worked out legs/arms/abs Sat. night, went to my Aunt's (haven't been there is over 6 yrs. 'cause I was living up in Toronto) and she's a good cook. Got home too late last night to work out and woke up this morning to a sore and bloated tummy. Oh well, lots of water today, clean eating and back to the workout schedule tonight. I'm still down in my weight!

The good thing about beng on afternoons this week is I can follow my eating and workout plan to a "t"!!

Sorry to hear about your flood:( ...we had some issues with our skylights during the downpours last week as well. Again, don't worry about the cheat (stress raises cortisol levels) just enjoy the visits and get back on track the next day. You had a lot of cardio from soaking up water which i'm sure you burned a lot of cals doing that.

Shees looks like everyone is battling soem kind of flooding:( I feel for you Ange..I spent half a day cleaning my soaked house two weeks ago or so....bloody wasching machine got jamed>:

We were lucky with the flooding -- I caught it in time and the stores were still open so we were able to buy a new
sub-pump!

Boy, ironic how the two parts of my body I want to really work on and improve are my arms and shoulders and the two parts I hate to work on are shoulders and triceps!

Had a hard time getting thru today's workout -- not a lot of strenth, but I did it!! Just took longer then it should have!

Bicep Curl 2 x 10 pds. x 20 reps
hammer Curl 1 x 10 x 20
Leg Extension: 3 x 30 x 15
Weighted Curunch 3 x 40 x 15
Tricep extension 2 x 30 x 15 (increased today)
Tricep kickback 1 x 10 x 15
Lunges 3 x 20 x 15
Pile Squat 1 x 10 x 15
v-ups 3 x 15

Time for pwo shake and to figure out my next meal!

You did the workout and thats what counts...somedays we all go through feeling a little "crappy" but as long as you put the effort in--you'll feel much better about yourself!! Keep up the great work:) :)

I can't believe that you and Darrin have bad, crappy days -- but, you're human and also the picture of how pushing thru the days is a good thing!!

I feel much better today -- tired, but that's from lack of sleep -- a usual occurance on this shift. I feel leaner and tighter today. And I stuck to my diet -- didn't even have a piece of yummy smelling, mouth watering quiche that a co-worker brought in to work!!

Workout today was 30 mins. cardio -- I dropped it back for 45 mins. Pwo shake was only protein and glutamine.

Getting excited to meet LA, Darrin, Christine, Sharyn and Kelly on Sat. I hope Brennylee and Rensgirl from Leangirl are still competing -- hope to mmet them too.

I am so excited -- I'm seeing changes in my arms, shoulders and chest!!!! Cuts in my triceps, bicep veins almost ready to pop, shoulder caps showing a little bit!!! yahoo!!!!!!!!

I have to tweak my diet a bit -- I like the rice I added, but when I work afternoons I'm SO hungry when I come home Last night I ate and not well. So, I think I'll switch a couple of meals around. I was having a protein shake and 1/2 an apple at 5:30, but I'm going to take 3 oz chicken and 1/2 a red pepper and see how that goes. Maybe I'll take a shake anyway -- I get really hungry on weight training days.

I'm so excited for Sat. -- can't wait!!!!

I'm watching Amityville Horror right now with Ryan Renolds -- boy, his PT did him good!! Yummy!!!!!!! Nothing like a nice 6 pack and firm pecs!!! And shoulders and a nice back -- anyway, enuff of that talk!!!
