I know it's not much but I really feel 500% better than I did a month ago.......I have energy again and I can tie my damn shoes without breakin a sweat! Before..... Today......6/12/06

Yeap..I can see the diff for sure FMOE(from my own experience) I takes me about 4 weeks of very strict eating and training to start seeing changes...it is like nothing is happening and then boom I start to notice changes Keep at it and before you know it changes will be more apparent Ciao
reeforbust Member Posts: 88 (12/6/06 19:53) Reply	this is me.... The main thing that I've noticed is that my stomach doesn't stick out as much. Maybe I'm not as bloated or ??? I'm sure all the junk I ate before was LOaded with Sodium so maybe I'm just not retaining as much water?? Whatever it is, it's working and I like it!

Its one thing to see him in his shirt since you can only look at his face to tell the difference. He is only half way through the 12 weeks but his before and present pics with the shirt peeled off show a HUGE difference. Mike is going to make me look really good at the end of this experiment.
