Money is such an ugly subject, isn't it?
That's what I was suggestin'. Pepper would need to activate the community chest feature for dsotm so that this site could begin accepting contributions. It's not currently activated.
Yeah, that's definetly the way to go.
All hail Pepper's bountiful cash-drawer and the charitable hand which picks from it and deposits the necessary funds with graceful assuredness into the community chest that empowers us all with light, central heating, and the all-necessary posticon.

Now that it's an automatic statement of fact that you will, nay, have, already paid the required ox-and-three-lambs to the grand sacrificial temple monks who service the almighty lord Baalzeebub (more commonly known by his corporate name, EZBoard), can you tell us whether or not the sun shall shine upon the morrow, or how fares our late lord Augustine, long passed beyond the aether, or how many commas I can use in this, paragraph, before it officially becomes, some, sort of, monstrous thing heretofore unknown to man?
To sum up : pepper good, the rest of us poor as church mice (why, even as poor as Nathan & The Churchmice) and apparently unwilling to shell out coin to keep this damned corpse afloat. Yay!

Despite how much I like being described as Jesusy, I just can't seem to get the contributions thing up there (Jesus would have had difficulty with this too, mind you). I believe I have to "purchase" the next renewal via community chest, and that would get it up there, but I'm not sure, and don't want to screweth it up. Any advice, Tobes?
By the way, there's already $12 in there for some reason. I thought we collected exactly enough last year, but apparently Rocket Raccoon donated in March this year? That doesn't sound right ...

I had a signature once, but then I wondered... what's the point?
There was a link to "activate" the Community Chest in the control center, so I just switched it on to be displayed publicly. Damn strange about that $12 credit from a Mr. R. Racoon back in March.

Oh, and Pepper, you can set the "goal" for contributions in the community chest menu too (right now there's no goal set, so it doesn't tell contributors how much still needs to be collected).
Now ...
We have collected enough to renew the CSC for six months (thanks to Old Toby, ijo na and Rocket Raccoon / Probable EZboard Finance Fuckup). I think DSotM will sink or swim by then, so I say we get the six monther. It's not a giant saving to pay for a whole year anyway.
oh yeah, and thanks for keeping this thing afloat. i would contrubute, but i'm a starving art student. one level lower than a starving artist.
besides, i'm lazy.
