What is going to happen??

I actually am a big Dave Blaney fan...but to be honest his message board sucks! They don't have the feel that we had here. Problem is that if you are critical of anything about Dave or a race they delete your post. If you post something that is not strictly about racing they delete the post.

They have a bunch of board nazi's that delete everything...so I don't post there...I actually just look in for race reports from fans who were at the race.

So it is nice to come here and do the things we do like the fantasy racing and the chase stuff...and you can post whatever is on yer mind! Other boards just don't let things get all that free so that you can have fun being part of a message board for a driver like we did here for Chad!

I have really enjoyed this board over the years. Is anyone planning on creating a new BB at one of the free sites available? Or perhaps creating a KTF/Chad Yahoo group? Alice

MikeyD PIT CREW (10/4/05 7:51 pm) Reply	Time to move on? First my apologies for being long winded. I have supported this board over that past year by being one of the sponsors. If given the option, I would contribute again. Unfortunately, maybe it is time for this group to move on. WE became friends and acquaintances because we supported Chad Little. We saw in him a potential, a smile, a human being we wanted to see achieve well in racing. For whatever reason our hopes for his success were rarely achieved. Chad has moved on. Maybe we should also. Still, this has become a group of pals. Without KTF, I would have no interest in Nascar. Rarely are the races interesting without someone to cheer for. Without Chad, KTF was a substitute, albeit a poor one. Should we walk away and forget the friendships? No, but this group is becoming smaller every day. Maybe we need to refocus the group and hopefully regain relevance in this new era where being twenty something is just right and forty is too old. I would suggest two things; transform this group into a group that celebrates the glory years of Nascar where influence was based upon on track performance instead of being on the cover of people magazine. Maybe it would fill a niche and hopefully regain the lost members. This is just one idea. Hopefully others from the group will have others. Finally if this group is to fade, I would suggest that each of us hardcore fans take a few moments and write our fan letters thanking Chad for giving us something to hope for and believe in. I know that some in the group have a means to be sure these are delivered. As for me, I will cherish the 19 Bullseye car, 23 Bayer car and the 97 Deere car. I’ll even have a smile for the early runs in the 74 Staff America Monte Carlo. Mike Ditchen Charleston, WV

I hope he will just so we can all dog him about his dumbo driver jumping ship and becoming an also ran!! Just let me know where and when and I will be there. You guys have been great to be with. I tried other BB's like Harvick's but what I found are a bunch of kids that are on there and not having much in common. Seems to me that without any chance of Chad racing or being in the spotlight, that everybody has pretty much moved on to other sites. If you guys would like to re-invent this site as a place for different race fans to get together, great. The tab is paid until the first part of Feb, 2006. I do not think that it would be acceptable for me to ask anybody to donate money for this site given its current state of activity.

I have moved on to another place, but that doesnt mean that I dont still care about the friends I have had here..And I still Love Chad and always will...I moved on to David Starr CTS driver BECAUSE he has an excellent attitude and is a Great and wonderful person like Chad..Good looking like Chad too...I'm a big part of Starr's message board, and anyone who would like to join me there is welcome...But I dont know who or how many would be interested in David Starr..It may be better since it appears that others have new drivers as well...Just some neutral place, free board preferably, where we can still interact and keep in touch... I would like to be able to communicate with my long-time friends but don't have the slightest idea how to do it. I know zero about starting a board, let alone running it. Sandy, do you think Skip would be willing to help us figure out something? He obviously knows a lot more about it than I believe any of us do. If someone knows how to start a new board, step up!!! This is no longer a free site and cost about $30/6 months to keep it going. I don't think that you will find a better free site, but you should explore all options. Let me know what you decide, there is no rush.

Just got back from Kansas, I posted the fact that we flunked inspection but we had a really fast car. Could have taken a sledge hammer to it and beat in the sides I guess but it was another learning experience. One of these days we will have it down pat if the money holds out. I may not be seen as being logged in because my wife is a visitor at another ez board site and stays logged in. I've also had some bad heart ache since July that I may post more about later. Anyway, I'm glad that there is another site we can keep in contact on....
