Alucard ran through the arena, and found a part of the floor to have either been forced out, or fallen out. He decided he'd best check thier first. 'Did she run? Did she get kidnapped? why? Why? WHY? WHY?!' his mind screamed. He needed to find her. He sniffed the air. No scent of her. He dropped down, and went through the few enemies here and there. He knew where he was. But even the caverns underneath Castlevania changed thier shape. 'I shant waste time here... I must go straight to father. Surely, that's where I shall find her.' One part of him thought, while the other was thinking 'She must be down here somewhere. She couldn't have gone too far. We would be best off finding her down here first.' And that's exactly what he decided to do. He pressed further into the caverns, in hopes of finding Sonia...
Re: Tears of Blood, Chapter 1
Sonia let out a few of her trapped sobs, and looked around. There were no safe rooms nearby, but the area she was in right now seemed free of monsters.
Her side ached from running, and her heart ached from what Alucard had said to her. She was just asking basically a 'what if' question, and he had just snapped at her, and turned her away as if he didn't love her anymore.
Sonia had a few injuries on her arms and legs, and a deep cut, almost to her muscle, in her side (which wasn't fatal, however), but she paid no heed to them. If she were to die, she'd accept the fate.
Managing to stand, she stammered over to a corner of the area she was in, and curled up into a fetal position, her hand on her whip in case anything attacked her, and she fell asleep.
Re: Tears of Blood, Chapter 1
Alucard sniffed the stuffy air. Nothing. Not a sign of her anywhere. 'I knew... I knew this wasn't the right way... but...' His mind was getting tired, and he grew hungry. 'If the rest of the castle has changed only as much as this portion, then there should be a safe room somewhere up... near what may be the library...' he thought to himself, trying to get everything in order, if such was possible. He went up staircases and vertical shafts which seemed endless. 'Finally made it to the door... The safe room... Finally...' he thought, right before collapsing...
Re: Tears of Blood, Chapter 1
Sonia awoke a few hours later to find a small flea man nibbling on her boot. She stabbed it with a dagger, killing it. She was still tired, and figured she might as well find a safe room.
Standing, she lashed her whip at a couple bats that flew at her. She heard a group of fleamen grumbling, and turned the corner, then gasped, seeing the fleamen surrounding--
"Alucard!" she exclaimed, running over to him and killing the fleamen.
"Alucard, are you alright?" she said, kneeling next to him. He was paler than usual. He probably was exausted.
Slowly picking him up, she dragged him into the safe room and laid him down on the bed.
She didn't know why she was helping him. Sonia figured he still hated her, but she still loved him. She took off his cloak to cool him down, and moved his hair away from the back of his neck. She sat next to him, and put a hand to his forehead. He was burning. She pulled off his gloves and boots, and then his overcoat. He wore waaaaaaaaay too much clothing, in her opinion.
He was finally left in simply his shirt and pants, and Sonia folded his garments up, placing them at the foot of the bed, and sat next to him, softly stroking his cheek.
Re: Tears of Blood, Chapter 1
Alucard's eyes fluttered and opened more stabily. He saw his mother looking over him. "M-mothe... Mother... I feel ill..." He whispered. He saw her began to move away. "No mother! Don't go... Don... Don't... go..." he said, falling asleep again. He awoke later. "Mother?" He raspily said. He was freezing cold. Or rather, he felt freezing cold because of how warm he was. He looked around and saw his mother. But she started changing, and took the shape of a young girl, with honey yellow hair... She looked about 17. "Ma... Maria?" He said this time. She began to change again. This time, the hair was braided, and she had a whip at her side. "Sonia! Maria! MOTHER!" He yelled out. He got up in bed, the sheets covered in sweat. "Mother... no..." he said quietly, hugging himself...
Re: Tears of Blood, Chapter 1
Alucard started coming to. His surroundings started to come in as a blur, but then focused. "SONIA!" He yelled out, stumbling out of the bet to her, embracing her. "Sonia... Don't ever leave as such again... Ever.. Sonia... Sonia..." he said, holding her tight. "I feel thin... and... it's cold... Oh, my dearest..." he said. He stubbornly made for his equipment, but collapsed on the way there...
Re: Tears of Blood, Chapter 1
Sonia held him close, wrapping the sheets around him.
"Alucard, I'm so sorry... I took what you said the wrong way... I thought.... I thought you hated me, and..." she trailed off, sobbing into Alucard's hair.
Re: the Eyes that Watch
:: Death flew away as he was remembering from watching quietly towards Dracula in his respectful, dissappointing arrival. His wings of darkness gliding him towards the clock tower watching demons lurk all amongst the walls and moonlighted sky. His patience running out as he has made a choosing offer of sacrifice to attempt to fight the heroes for a first shot encountering a vampire who obviously from the ripped clothing he wears seems to be a villager.::
Ahhh, he may seem good enough to give a good distraction for the demons to arrive for their destruction....
:: Death opened his hand leaving his fingers all seperated from the anger he had such against the Belmont and Adrian's escape. His eyes of red beams shimmered down towards the vampire giving a possess to run down where the intruders come. Before departure, a growl is heard to endure the pain of what is suddenly coming over the vampire's mind...:: Edited by: The Tragic Prince at: 4/9/02 4:53:44 pm
Minutes turned to hours, and Alucard had by long healed. He attached his cloak, and moved around the room, grabbing whatever was neccessary. "Sonia, this place will soon become unsafe... My father, he knows where we are... Should we stay, he will send some minion or the other to await us..." He handed her her whip, and gave her a slight smile. "Let us go..." He kissed her on the forehead, and opened the door, making his way out, with little knowledge that the Reaper had sent him a little "playmate"...
Re: Ambushed!
Sonia nodded, and walked out, killing the small pack of fleamen ready to attack them, "What's with all the fleamen," she grumbled.
As they continued onward, Sonia walked closely to Alucard.
"I'm sorry for running away like that, Alucard... like I said, you snapped at me so harshly I felt..... I felt like you loved me no more, and I wasn't thinking at all... please forgive me, darling."
Re: Ambushed!
I have asked Raven Reaper for use of the vampire for a little, so, once again, this is not god modding... --;

Alucard looked down on Sonia. "Sonia, I forgive you..." He said, wishing he could hold her close, but he knew the armor he wore would prove quite uncomfortable, so he simply sqeezed her hand. He continued on with her, going up and up the tower. Surely Dracula would be at the top this time, seeing as how he was yet to figure out to find a different place, knowing how he had become rather predictable in this Alucard's home time. "Sonia, my dear... You know I could nev-" he began, but was cut of by a sound of stone cracking and shattering. He looked up, to see a silouhette of a human shaped creature baring his fangs at them. "Cover your neck." He said swiftly and calmly to Sonia. He put his sheild before him, and had his sword ready for a counter attack, as he stanced himself to take the full fury of the creature's onslaught...
Re: Ambushed!
:: Death still stands with his wings layed up higher and higher pushing energy forth towards the villager vampire to pick up his speed running down towards the humans, his stance being changed now of a dog to run faster towards where he now notices stairs leading towardst he safe room. The vampire having the surveillence of the Grim Reaper and total control of him, he makes a furious run down towards where he hears noises from the room he is to make his ambush of conversation and a few lashes on the floor::
RRRrrrrr...
::The vampire starts to grow red eyes as he looks upon the door ready to set his attack. He jumps unto the wall on the left next to the safe room door standing in a lion's type of pounce having saliva drip all over the tiled, clean floor giving a look from a small view from the area within the door hinges::
::Suddenly the vampire makes a his pounce right towards a real fresh human he seems to feel within his own surge of blood. He finds a female within the room making his arms open wide towards the target and about to grab the female having a whip on her hand, standing innocent...::
Re: Ambushed!
Sonia saw the vampire charge at her, and she leapt out of the way, lashing her whip out at him, catching him around the waist. She then pulled her arms back, pulling him to the ground.
"Alucard, this thing wants me for lunch!!!!!" she shouted.
Re: Ambushed!
Alucard lept in front of the vampire's path, shield out, and sword drawn behind him. He braced himself for the vampire's impact, but felt nothing. When he looked past his sheild, the creature wasn't even there. "Sonia. Don't move, lest he catches us, and god forbid, you in specific, off guard." He searched around, but there was no sign of the creature. He had to stay on his toes, but he was already feeling almost "distracted" or "pre-occupied" with protecting Sonia...
Re: Ambushed!
::The villager vampire crawled away from Sonia where he was on the east side of the wall, having his red eyes like a diamond's. He stood staring at the man having the protective amount of weapons, and hanging on the wall as if he himself were a spider. His jaw is layed down down to his neck, and blood drips when he stares at the two warriors in anger. He knows that they cannot do anything fierce.::
HAAAAA!!
::The vampire jumped up on the ceiling where he was on top of Sonia once again knowing that she may be an easy target, but fierce, as well. He looked upside down where he knew he couldn't hide. Pain inside his mind gave a signal where he now needed to destroy the child, but then swung down towards the man in the shield::
AHAHAHAAAA!!!
::The words from the vampire were from the Reaper himself, as Death was giving him much more control by the second, having his eyes glowing every nanosecond, and having struggle to keep this vampire up to strength other than fear, extending his arms of strength as most as possible::
::Meanwhile, the vampire made his attack right down to the man other known as 'Alucard', the vampire having a large crash with his elbows down to him on top of him where he knew it would delay instinct to block upwards. The vampire looked down where he stood in his clean clothes: ready for the next victim...::
Re: Ambushed!
"Alucard!" Sonia exclaimed, and rushed forward, slamming herself into the vampire.
"Damn you!" she shouted to the beast, drawing a silver stake. She lunged for the vampire, ready to pierce the weapon through the monster's heart. She knew Alucard told her to stay still, but that would have made her more of a target, and she knew that both of them didn't want that...
Re: Ambushed!
::The vampire then unleashed a powerful force spared from Death, where he then pushed Sonia away thrusting his arms out, and knocks her out towards the 'Safe Room's door, and hitting Alucard in the face with his mighty claws laughing at how they are attempting to get him ever so easy, and as he tries to get away from the torture on his mind letting him to do the most harm he can do possibly at the time.::
::He looked at Alucard where he laughed at how close it could have been the vampire's death, but thinks that he can defeat his foes very easily. His arm was extended, grabbing him from his collar, ready to take his feast that he hasn't taken in ages, but has only been venturing around the large Demon Castle, successing on what he has always wanted: flesh...::
