evening workout and sleep
Have you had any clients that work out in the evening have problems sleeping? I have attempted for the past week to switch my workout time to the evening and i have not been able to sleep since making that adjustment. Just inquiring if this is normal8)

This can be a problem for some, try to finish you workout 2-3 hours before bed if possible. If you cannot do this, get up earlier and workout then. At least you will be able to sleep at night and only lose an hour or so in the morning instead of lying in bed at night staring at the ceiling.
