Hi everyone. I am from another web forum and decided to check out this one. I really like it so far.
Im just going to jump into stuff as if I have been here all along.
I was really sick for a while and extremely tired. I gained 10 pounds in 3 weeks after I dropped out of my comp due to the pregnancy.
Im just starting to get back in my gym.
Sunday's Workout
Full Squats

85x8 didn't lose as much strength on these as I thought I would have.
Conventional Deadlifts want to keep these light cause of baby.

So supper didnt go as planned. I ended up having a small fry bought for me, then I get home with the other small fry that was for my SO and he didnt want it, cause hed rather have a poutine, so, I ate that too!

Well today went pretty well, diet wise. Im really hungry, man I hope this baby isnt going to be huge!
Plans are to go in the gym and do another workout. I didnt end up getting my cardio in yesterday.

way to go hun sticking with the gym while preg. i know too many ladies that use it as an excuse but good for you! keep it up hun you will be a hot fit mamma

I love your passion!! Keep up the incredible work--especially if your goal is to still compete after the little one arrives!! I've known girls to get into comp shape within several weeks after--heck, my cousin was wearing a Bikini not even 2 weeks after her 2nd little one--and looked amazing!! It just shows why good nutrition and staying active is soooo very important during this time!!

Hi Girl...and welcome Looks like you training hard!!!!! I only put on like 12 or 14 lb during my pregnanacy. I was lucky I did not have any cravings..well I craved fruit and vegies. I live din Spain at the time and it was brutally hot so I did not have huge appetite+ they had these amazing farmers markets 2x per week and I would buy trolley of fresh fruit and veg and much like crazy. For protein I ate fish,chicken and a bit of beef and heaps of dairy...

hey how you feeling lately...so prod you hit the gym when pregnant some days i find it hard and i HAVE NO excuses..keep strong!!
