cheat meals
Renas journal got me thinking about a cheat meal.
Right now I am thinking that when I break the 140 barrier I will have a ginormous meal. I probably haven't been 140 since I was a teenager. That will have me down slightly over 20lbs. I am sure if I follow through with this I will surely feel sick but it sounds good right now. The mind does not always agree with the stomach.
cosmopolitan
spinach artichoke dip (just a taste)
red wine 1 glass
blue cheese crusted filet mignon
twice baked potato (only half)
asparagus
black russian
cheesecake (split a piece with hubby)
Yowzers!! Thats probably my whole days worth of food or more!!
Anyway it will be a while before I cross that bridge. Hopefully by then I won't want that much!!
Jesus Wendy you better get a babysitter for that night cause that will be more booze than you will have consumed in a long time, someone is getting lucky JIM!! Unless the booze and the dirty food leads to the toilet bowl getting lucky?!
To be honest, I am tempted to have that cheat myself right now!! Sounds awesome, I love blue cheese crusted anything!

Last time I gave up drinking for any length of time was when I was training for my races and exactly that happened....no, jim didn't get lucky but the bowl did !! I went one evening had a few beer or more then spent that night and whole next day hugging the toilet. It wasnt pretty. I swear I didn't drink that much!!!
I may have to rethink the booze intake. I forget I am a mere human. Buff + booze ...hmmm it ain't gonna work is it.
