To fix, simply remove this cvar from any .cfgs you have, ie:
wolfconfig_mp.cfg, autoexec.cfg

OR start the mod in "SAFE MODE" and don't run any custom
scripts you may have setup for wolf... WildWest has quite a
few different settings compared to vanilla wolf, and using
any "downloaded" scripts that were intended for wolf may
cause problems such as these.

When you start in safe mode, the game will reset all your key
binds and Cvars to recommended, you can then use the
in-game options to setup your preferences (some of which
are new to WildWest)

btw, do you know what this cvar does ?
I'm just wondering why you changed it in the first place
