I personally don't do any cardio

My diet is calculated down to the exact calories I need to maintain my muscle mass and burn the fat. I don't want to sacrafice any of the muscle I've put on. My workouts are still very intense which gets my heartrate evelated and therefore is strengthening my cardiovascular system that way. This year i've been doing a little longer prep to be sure I come in the best possible condition I can--I'm also lazy

so if i don't have to get up and run--I won't
