a question about Lazarus for Imp
Does the Lazarus Domination Ability to induce a rival Faction into not attacking Laz for a full round continue after Lazarus' HT has been captured?

ie. Once the Laz Capitol is captured, does that paaticular Domination effect carry on per usual (to the next Laz turn) or is it immediatley turned off?
