Will North Rotare be back in Season 3?
Will North Rotare or Luke or any of the others still at large on the earth from Prior Episodes be back any time later this season.

Yes!
North will be back. He is the leader of a 'unit' of escaped souls, 13 in total, who had been in Hell less than a year at the time of the escape. Stone has reduced these numbers, but we've met several of the remaining crew.

North and his crew will return in the yet-untitled episode #308, robbing banks to help Ash refill the cash reserves that have dwindled while they all laid low. Imagine 10+ damned souls, organized and bulletproof, rampaging through a bank. It's not going to be pretty
