Why didnt I know about Wild West?
Why didnt I know about Wild West, previose versions? I have always wanted a fps Wild West Game! but I found it by total accident!!! Please promote this mod, more people need to know!!
well we released WildWest in October 2002, with quite a big
fanfare, we had TV coverage in some countries, and lots
of Web-site and magazine reviews...
I will admit we could do with more exposure, but without £ / $
its hard to get the message to everyone
Maybe you have some ideas on how we should promote the

First I would submit it as free software to all the free software sites eg download.com winfiles.com completeleyfreesoftware.com, etc.. they have newsletters to there members.
I would make a small movie in game especialy with the sound effects 5mb and put it on your site this could lead to people passing the URL of the movie to each other.
I would go for a demo movie on magazines, this can be free they are always looking for interesting content.
Im sure many people would use there free web space on there isp for a fan site, i would Ive never made a web page but ill look into it and we could promote that!
a competeition, wild west shootout, for say a copy of wolf and Wild West would be fun, maybe the fans could all contribute a £1 through Paypal and fight it out for it, with a second prize for non-contributers!
maybe you could send us all an email with screenshots , and we could pass them on to our friends!
Maybe you could make an Mp3 of the sound effects and have it on your site, i love the old western soundtracks, im sure people would download it!
I hope some of this may help to promote, just some ramblings of a fan

I almost forgot, You should sell Wild West, it ouses quality, easily any retail games equal. I would buy this game, and Im sure many other gamers would too.
