Aluschka Member Posts: 414 (9/7/06 22:44) Reply	What's your future plan LA ? Hi LA, just wondering what is your plan for the future? I know that you do not want to add more size..will you be coming in hard,dry look for the next comp...any re-shaping etc? Just curious Ciao

Hey there Well, i've just confirmed that i will be competing again in 10 weeks--this time at the North Americans in the U.S.--I'm soo excited for this show. Its going to be HUGE!! As for my physique--this time i'm coming in the way I feel best!! I"m not listening to "hard"or "soft" or "this is what they want"---My conditioning will be MUCH tighter, i won't be bigger--if anything my upper body needs to still come down a bit. My legs are always a work in progress!! They've grown since last year--now we just have to get the buggers lean lol. I've started my contest prep so my journey continues!! Like i said....i'm soo excited..i've only heard GREAT things about this particular show Many of my friends are competing as well so this should be an awesome show!!! That is the attitude I like...at the end you are the one who has to be happy how you present yourself...I am excited for you!! In the past I let judges to push me around and ended up with physique I did not rate..Thanx for the reply and all the best Ciao
