Re: What's all this then?
Being the owner/founder of this place and the only administrator has basically turned this place in to a monarchy, with me as King. As King, I choose who we sponcer and support. I made an executive decision and decided since the members of Monty Python who have spoken out at all during this election (Eric Idle) have stood on anti-bush platform it is only appropriate that we follow in Python suite and armor up against Bush also.
I don't want to talk about Bush here, it will make things angry and mad. Aproved happy political topics include:
-Kerry is a good guy for the country (USA)
-Bush very bad for all of Earth
-Kerry should be the next president
-Bush should have never been president
-Kerry has all people in mind.
-Bush has all people in mind (if your rich and his friend, white is impied)
-Kerry is a very nice person
-Bush, and his entire cabinet are evil.
Any other conversations will need to be moved to where ever I want to dump the bad stuff. If you scream CENCORSHIP! I scream, yep, this is monarchy, baby!
Not voting at all is better than voting for Bush

- Bush is a puppet and would do better as the stupid guy in a comedy show
- Kerry is a puppet and would do better as the dumbass redneck neighbor in a comedy show
Your thesis to be nice and generous on a small level can also be explained as social behavior. In doing so, you're a socialist, meaning that making people around you happy means more to you than gaining the maximum amount of money you can from any situation. Of course, gaining money is also important, everyone fends for himself in the end, but being kind is a great value in anyone's life.
Bush and Kerry make empty promises in order to be elected so they can fill their pockets relentlessly, get to fly in airforce one and can play with the secret Rubik device in the oval office. Nader on the other fin has some idealistic and socialistic ideas and would therefore have my vote.
P.S 1: 'his' is used in the neutral sense, meaning man or woman regardless. As a woman I'd be proud of not having to share a basic word in language with some stupid neutral sense.
Re: What's all this then?
The only problem with Nader is that he takes votes away from what would otherwise be the Democratic Party, thus actually helping the Republicans (read arch-conservatives) in the votes department. There is a group in my school who are convinced that Nader is secretly working for the Republicans and being paid off in order to divert the more liberal Democrats away and take away otherwise Democratic votes.
Plus, sadly enough, 3rd party presidents don't win elections. They never have in all of American history and I seriously doubt that they ever will. Heck, Nader is not even on the ballot in many states, but the Republicans sure fought very hard to make sure he was on the ballot for the swing states.
To me, that just does not seem right.

In that case, Moose should run for presidency. Now all we need to do is to get him in here.
