What should the Crazy Pony look like?

I am planning on changing the banner and the pony on it as soon as possilbe because I'm picky but I need some input. What should the crazy pony look like? What kind of pony will she be, and YES, She will be a SHE!

Please give me some input so I know where to start. Show results

Sorry to add this but I would really like to say that uni-peg mixes annoy the @#%$ out of me!! and as a mod I really don't want to see that!!!

Actually I have thought of that but haven't come up with a way to do it. I don't have that much image modifying and creating under my belt. I'm an amateur and am nowhere near a person like sunbeamm. $:\$

I would love to make a TE striaghtjacket pony but alas. I haven't found a way to do it yet.
