In 1999 a Senator Baumgart tried to push a bill in Wisconsin that made it illegal to pursue vampiric activities, especially when including someone under the age of 18. In MY opinion, HE should keep his little nose out of it, and PARENTS should pay more attention to their kids, so they don't feel the NEED to go out and seek attention from people like the guy who caused Baumgart to try to push this bill in 1999. It didn't pass, btw. Flippity. Floppity Flip. The mouse goes round the mobius strip. The strip revolves. The mouse dissolves in a chronodimensional slip.
