I know this whole divorce thing has been hard on you. It's been hard on me, too. Seems we both assumed we would be together forever. But things changed so quickly for us. It wasn't easy for me to make that decision at all. I had to reach deep down within myself for the strength to do it. I know you're upset about how things are going, but please understand that I had to do it.
I loved that sweet letter you wrote for me for our anniversary. It was beautiful. I wish you had told me all of those things sooner. I'm also sorry I missed that bubble bath an massage. I know that would have been a treat.
I want you to know these past few nights together have been so lovely, but we can't do that anymore. I love you very much, and the sex is phenomenal, but we have to stop this. I love you and I don't want to hold you back from moving on. As for Kain, he was just a fling. I haven't been with him since that one time. I may have been a little jealous of Taffi, but now that I think about it, she seems pretty nice. Perhaps you can make a future with her, if you want.
