Ok, here's what Talys has....
Hands - AC6
Wrist - AC10 and AC8
Arms - AC 10 Str. +7 and Sv. Magic +5
Legs - AC11
Feet - AC8 Str. +3 and Dex. +5
Chest - AC18 Str. +10 and Mana +20
Neck - AC7

Well, I had a big reply typed up with lots of specific ideas, and i crashed and lost it. Blah. I don't have the time to re-write it, but...
I can't think of many quests, other than paying to multiquest Thurgadin armor, but there are hundreds of upgrades out there you can either get dirt cheap in the bazaar or that you can obtain solo or with a few friends. My suggestion is to hit one of the big websites like everquest.allakhazam.com and list stuff in order of AC, and click on and check out the details of obtaining any item that interests you. If you need a login for allakhazam's site in order to break down searches to rank by race/class/ac/etc, ask me online and i'll share mine temporarily. You can also filter by stat in the bazaar window online, too, and it is incredibly easy to find stuff way better than what you have for next to nothing.
