Udos
I started a Darrin plan just before labour day.

I just have to comment on how healthy my hair is getting.
My ends are still dry and processed buy the new growth is so healthy that I need to find a new lighter conditioner!! I can't remember when my hair was ever this healthy - I do a lot of coloring!!

I am sure it has to be the Udo's oil plus the healthier diet.

Just another benefit of getting healthy!:D

What does the Udos oil do..other than make your hair healthier?? what other supplements do you take?? any to boost fat loss or anything like that??
