Heh, once in conversation the topic came up of why Bush has such high popularity when he isn't really good at his job. It was decided that people find him lovable for the same reason people found Gomer Pyle lovable.

I honestly believe that his thick Texas accent is a put on. Listen to the rest of his family talk, and you will notice they all sound extremely educated. George W. has an MBA, so he isn't a doofus. I think he picked that accent up so he could get elected in Texas as the governor.
He's a take no shit, smart ass. What's not to love? FK material if I ever saw it. haha
Funny ass quotes though. Im sure glad that everything I say on a daily basis isn't recorded. Im pretty sure I would sound like an ass on many occassions.
