Plot : The government have initiated a new punishment system - A VIRUS
Activists destroy the experiments making the undeveloped virus airborne
Slowly, people begin to die off until the city is left under the rule of those who remain.
The Government abandon the city leaving them to their own 'crime and punishment' and rules - or lack of - system
The young adults form tribes to gain numbers and hopefully overthrow the city or challenge the adults
The remainder struggle to find a cure, based on the reason why not everyone died.
Was it DNA or simply they were more immune than others, while trying to make the city a better place, well at least some of them are...
