Training for a 15 year old
I am a 15 year old boy, 135lbs and 5'6 i am curently not training but i really want to start running or cycling how do i get started and can you help?

Once you have the ok from your doctor to start a training program you can start with the following:
1. buy some good running shoes and start jogging slowly for 1 to 2 miles.
2. If you have a bicycle you can start riding 10 to 15 miles at a slow pace to start working on your legs. If you start to get a burn in your legs, slow down.
3. start doing body weight squats, push ups, crunches and flexibility exercises.
