Trade David Wright for . . .
a great starting pitcher.
If we can find a great starting pitcher to trade for Wright, we should do so. I'm pretty sure that we can find another 3d Baseman with skills comparable to David Wright.
While DW is starting to resemble Roy Staiger more than Ryan Zimmerman, I think that he'll eventually come around again...we don't need pitching that badly...

That has got to be one of the dumbest thoughts i have ever heard !!!!!!!!! Trade one of your 3 best players. Why not just spend more money like George does and then your team would get better not worse.

I know this was posted early in the season, but I had to revisit it........ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? David Wright will finish in the top 3 or 4 in MVP voting and will win one inside the next three years. He and Reyes could potentially be together on the left side for 20 years together. Why would you even think about trading him?
