The Rules
Since it has been brought to my attentionthat my rules have gone by the wayside and have been lost, I'll have to post them again.
1) Be respectful of your fellow RPer. If they're new, explain how things work.
2) You will post all of your characters and their profiles on the character profile page.
3) No killing off another person's character w/o that person's permission.
4) No role playing a character that is not your own (sock puppeting), or a character that does not have a profile.
5) Curb your language and graphic descriptions. This board is rated PG-13 and will stay that way.
6) ABSOLUTELY NO God-Moding. I HATE it when people do that and it just ruins everyone else's fun. Be responsible and be adult, don't create an all-powerful character for the hell of it. Know your character's strengths and weaknesses, and PLEASE don't God-mod.
And here come the rules that are just the technicalities of role-play.
When your character wants to say something, use quotation marks.
When your character is DOING something, use past tense and write like a book. It's just easier on everyone that way, and posts will make ten times more sense.
Example: Tina walked into the room and surveyed the others. "Hi," she said.
If your character is THINKING something, put it in [].
If your character is capable of mind-speech, speak in italics. Example: What just happened? I can't see and I can't seem to speak. Tina said.
if -you- the puppet-master, intends to say anything use the following;
( ) OR (( )) OR OOC: example: (Hello, I'm new)
