The Drei'Mali
Okay, it's theological lesson time! Today's lesson: The Drei'Mali (Three Wrongs). These are the Hash'a'Glith equivalent to the Seven Deadly Sins. Each is worst than the last, those who commit any of these wrongs are punished severely in both the physical and spiritual worlds.
They are as follows:
1. Anem'a'Cadat (Spilling of Blood) This is any deliberate kill in cold blood. Murder of one's own kind during peace and/or unprovoked is very dishonorable and is punished with death. Must be done by the kin of the offended to avenge one's spirit.
2. Tra'Verion (Hidden Blade) In other words, betrayal in all forms from breaking a promise to full-fledged treason. The word is one's bond and must never be broken for fear of exile from one's homeland and place in the spirit realm. Betrayal of one's own blood is especially disgraceful, to both the blood and to oneself.
3. Cair'e'Glith'a'Zenver (Violation of Body and Spirit) Last and the worst, it is what the Hash'a'Glith call rape. Forced intimacy is incredibly heinous as it is the ultimate form of degrading. To engage in intimacy with someone whose mind and heart is subdued by one's personal grief or the such counts towards this Wrong as that person is unable to think clearly about one's situation. This final Wrong is the most unforgivable of the Three and those who commit it and prefer to use their gift from Thal'Rahi as a weapon is punished by Sidasu (disarm).
