The Dragon
The Dragon trembles in his slumber,
As memories remind him of times to miss,
Of love and care so pure and tender,
And hearts behind each and every kiss,
His love the Phoenix flies off in pain,
Her heart in turmoil of trust gone sour,
False crimes before him he cries out in vain,
She leaves her Dragon her love her other,
He tries to talk tries to explain,
But his voice is drowned by her roaring flame,
As he tries to hold on it's clear and plain,
In the Phoenix's eyes he's the one to blame,
And though she's flown beyond his sight,
The Dragon's love is truly unbound,
Such true love to guide him to another light,
He'll not rest till his true love is found,
For in the Dragon's heart his love lives on,
And The Phoenix's flames have lost their power,
He can feel his heart and hope's not yet gone,
He'll search for his love now and forever...
Good work, Sylver! I see you're still writing your poetry! Keep it up! Honestly, this one is sad, beautiful, and really touching.
Sadistique
See me, know me, like me, want me, need me, hold me, hug me, touch me, thrill me, kiss me, lick me, taste me, love me, keep me, own me, ride me, bite me, hurt me, burn me, cut me, slap me, hit me, beat me, maim me, cheat me, fight me, leave me, miss me, hate me, damn me, curse me, fear me, for I am eternal...
My VENGEANCE is all you've left me!

Really good to see you're still at it with your poetry, Sylver. You always had a way with words. Never let the gift of words go unsaid, Syl.
