Welcome to Shiny, our little board about Firefly! Firefly was a beloved TV show that was cancelled, but the story didn’t end there! The fans refused to let go, and when Firefly was released on DVD, sales went through the roof. Numbers were high enough to inspired Universal to buy the rights and make a major motion picture. Serenity will be in theaters September 30th (US), 2005.
