I just want to take the time and make a thread for LA and Darrin...and ONLY for them.
Let this be a place where everyone can come and thank them.
THANK YOU ...without having you two to turn to at this point - id be on the couch feeling sorry for myself eating bon bons and salty chips getting fatter and fatter..instead the thought of that makes me ill and im raring to hit the gym each and every day and am excited to turn my own kitchen into Emerald Live - bodybuilding style! Keep up the hard work you both deserve the best life has to offer for everything you've done for me and complete strangers - God Bless

Thank you Christine You are very sweet!! We are always around to help--whether its a word of encouragement or an extra push in the gym
I don't know how much motivation I am right now (my body is ready for a holiday...lol)--this is where I'll need you to keep me going and with awesome posts like the one you just wrote....thats all the motivation and thanks I need

Shees...where to start,where to start...You guys have been absolutely fantastic !!! By opening your forum you have already helped so many people- including myself LA you are such a nice person -always giving careing and sensitive advise. Even thou you are preping for your most important competition and you are tired as a work horse you still find time to post and motivate others I bow to you girl
Darrin...you are one heck of a tough(soft) cookie Thank you so much for your wicked sense of humour,for your brutal honesty and tough love But most importantly for your willingness to share your hard earned knowledge I do not know anyone who is willing to look over the peoples diets and give advise like you do..all for free All the good you give will come back to you and to LA,that is for sure
I'd like to send huge thanks accross the ocean to both Darrin and LA for their help and advice. Two very generous people to give their time to others, many of whom they will never meet........people like you's are few and far between, very hard to come by

I would also like to extend a huge thanks to both of you. This past year has been a such a wonderful experience and I am ever grateful to be apart of "Team Emerge" . Not alot of people get focused enough to pursue a life goal that is scary(or thrilling), and as I look back on the last several months I know that your knowledge, patience and experience have helped me to step out of my comfort zone and be successful (oh ya, and have fun!)

I now have the hope I need to pursue my goals! It was meeting LA and being so impressed with how kind and encouraging she was. When I met Darrin, I was blown away by his physique, his before picture shows that he is a determined man who knows what he's doing
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to meet these two people and read how much they have helped so many people.
