Sec. 75.7 Exemption statement.

Any images located on this site and connected ones under the control of the owner are exempt from the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 (a) (The PROTECT Act). This exemption is because there are no depictions of sexually explicit conduct. Any images simulating whoopy-smoochies utilize drawings or action figures, that do not involve actual performers of any age.
