THE BACKYARD FILM in UK!!!

"THE BACKYARD" is about kids who can't afford to go to wrestling school, and live out their dreams in their backyards, using weapons such as staple guns, glass, and fire. It is also about the journey of one man who attempts to get out of "the backyard" and become a professional wrestler.
"THE BACKYARD" has been called "an absolute must-see" by AintItCoolNews, “Superb” by Dark Horizons, “Endearing” by Daily Variety and received the highest "5 STAR" rating from Film Threat. "THE BACKYARD" premiered at SXSW 2002, and screened in The San Francisco Documentary Film Festival, The Atlanta Film Festival and The Florida Film Festival. In August "THE BACKYARD" will also screen at The Melbourne International Film Festival, and in September Barry Blaustein, director of Beyond The Mat will introduce "THE BACKYARD" at it's Los Angeles Premiere at The Silver Lake Film Festival.
