- French African Convoy disrupted
- New troops recruited in Budapest/Vienna
- Navy launches submersibles
Russia
On to Vienna!
- Being snubbed on the diplomatic front, Russia declares war on Romania
- Taking the inititiative, Russia opts to strike at Austria boldly, storming into Galacia
- Veteran rearguard forces forwarded to Ukraine/Belorussia to meet up with new recruits
Germany

- German scientists convert air scouts for war!
- Highcommand sends entire German fleet after dispersed Brits; England no match on the high seas
