an idea or 2
I don't have one assembled, but I would have a selection of hooks and 100 yards of different weight monofiliment line. The ability to set a trot-line or bank-lines (don't have to be watched all the time) would be a plus. A few quart-size plastic bags might be useful for making the float on "jug-lines".

Kits Purchased the standard USAF kit in its 3X5 inch box. It has a basic setup with some spoons etc. Added an assembled Floater & hook setup from Kmart ($1) useful for live bait(critkets, worms etc), also added a Rapala Origial Floater crank bait size 5, and some flies(DF-Adams, WF-Quill Gordon, Streamer-Muddler Minnow, & Nymph- Gold Ribbed Hares Ear) |
